📋 Description

• Manage multiple simultaneous live chat sessions and digital messaging threads in Norwegian • Address customer inquiries regarding order tracking, account management, subscription updates, and billing through text-based channels • Guide users through app settings, password resets, and platform navigation using clear, step-by-step written instructions • Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone in written communications • Accurately update customer details, chat records, and ticket statuses in internal databases

🎯 Requirements

• Native or C2-level Norwegian with flawless written grammar • Professional proficiency in English (B2/C1) • Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece • Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece • Quiet workspace with a high-speed, stable internet connection • Fast and accurate typing skills • Strong multitasking abilities • Comfort navigating multiple digital platforms simultaneously
