📋 Description

• Drive, own and generate sales across Transportation, Heavy & Light Industry • Manage and grow existing key accounts • Acquire new accounts in the Benelux region • Collaborate with the Global Sales Engineering Team and engineers from international entities • Collaborate with relevant FES and Solution Support functions to strengthen Kelvion’s brand as a leading solutions provider • Provide input on market price developments • Contribute to strategic growth plans • Identify new market opportunities and high-value customers • Provide punctual updates in CRM engagement funnel management and forecasting • Report ongoing project and client-visit progress via the CRM system • Work closely with the Head of Vertical Markets and the front-end sales team in Benelux • Report to the Head of VM OGPEC

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in B2B technical sales, preferably within Industry, transportation or heat exchanger field • Strong commercial instinct combined with good technical understanding • Ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities • Target-driven and used to working under pressure • Ability to navigate complex projects and understand the interests of multiple stakeholders and decision-makers • Ability to bring the right people together to successfully convert opportunities into orders • Proven track record of delivering growth and closing major projects worth over €100,000 • Hands-on approach with an entrepreneurial spirit • Team-oriented with ability to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions • Willingness to travel mainly within the Benelux • Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written • Experience in the heat exchanger industry is an advantage
