âą Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls âą Identify the purpose of the call and respond according to established procedures âą Manage and process customer files in the back office âą Attend training sessions on products and services âą Use AI tools to support responses to customers
âą Education level: High school diploma to associate degree (Bac to Bac +2) âą Ideally 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer contact center âą Quick thinking, logical reasoning and responsiveness âą Excellent written and verbal communication skills âą Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to service quality
