📋 Description
• Facilitar y fortalecer la adopción de prácticas ágiles, asegurando equipos de alto desempeño. • Liderar y acompañar equipos ágiles en la entrega de productos/proyectos tecnológicos. • Facilitar ceremonias Scrum y eventos ágiles. • Remover impedimentos y gestionar dependencias, promoviendo flujo de trabajo eficiente. • Acompañar al Product Owner en la gestión del backlog. • Promover la transparencia mediante métricas ágiles y radiadores de información. • Fomentar prácticas de colaboración y feedback. • Impulsar la mejora continua con talleres y dinámicas. • Apoyar iniciativas de escalamiento ágil a nivel organizacional. • Aplicar enfoques centrados en el usuario para habilitar descubrimiento y validación de soluciones. • Asegurar adherencia a los principios ágiles.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Scrum Master en equipos ágiles. • Conocimiento profundo en metodologías ágiles y escalado ágil. • Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos multifuncionales. • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y facilitación. • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y desafiante. • Certificación SCRUM (deseables). • Experiencia previa trabajando con clientes del sector financiero (deseables). • Conocimiento en herramientas ágiles como Azure DevOps (deseables).
