• Facilitar y fortalecer la adopción de prácticas ágiles. • Liderar y acompañar equipos ágiles en la entrega de productos/proyectos tecnológicos. • Facilitar ceremonias Scrum y eventos ágiles. • Remover impedimentos y gestionar dependencias. • Acompañar al Product Owner en la gestión del backlog. • Promover la transparencia mediante métricas ágiles. • Fomentar prácticas de colaboración y feedback. • Impulsar la mejora continua con talleres y técnicas de facilitación. • Apoyar iniciativas de escalamiento ágil a nivel organizacional. • Aplicar enfoques centrados en el usuario.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Scrum Master en equipos ágiles. • Conocimiento profundo en metodologías ágiles y escalado ágil. • Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos multifuncionales. • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y facilitación. • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y desafiante. • Deseables: Certificación SCRUM. • Experiencia previa trabajando con clientes del sector financiero. • Conocimiento en herramientas ágiles como Azure DevOps.
