📋 Description

• Lead Pre-Sales Opportunities: Partner with the sales team for technical discovery and to position Kestra Enterprise. • Own the Proof of Concept (POC) process and advise on architecture, success criteria and flow design. • Support existing customers throughout their lifecycle from onboarding to architectural reviews. • Diagnose complex issues for Enterprise accounts and partner with engineering teams for resolutions. • Actively engage with open-source community members to advise and turn feedback into product improvements. • Represent Kestra at meetups, conferences and webinars and create technical content.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience in at least one of the following: Data Engineering, Infrastructure-as-Code (Platform Engineering), or AI/MLOps. • Ability to communicate complex infrastructure concepts to a diverse audience from CTO to Junior Data Analyst. • Problem Solver: You don’t just report bugs; you find workarounds and suggest architectural fixes.
