📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and user requirements • Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirements backlogs • Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement within existing processes and proposed solutions • Support the development of Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and phased delivery strategies • Build strong relationships with business leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams • Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, stakeholder interviews, and decision-making discussions • Act as a trusted liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle • Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership • Support initiatives involving data platforms, analytics solutions, business intelligence, customer insights, and cloud-based technologies • Collaborate with technical teams to define data requirements, business rules, and reporting needs • Analyze data and business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and enhanced decision-making • Help ensure data quality, validation, and consistency throughout project delivery • Work closely with Agile teams to refine backlogs, prioritize requirements, and support sprint planning activities • Collaborate with Product Owners to define and manage work priorities based on business value and outcomes • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements • Analyze testing results, stakeholder feedback, and defects to recommend improvements and prioritization decisions • Ensure requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology, data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives • Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements • Proven ability to facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional discussions • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating directly with Product Owners and development teams • Hands-on experience creating user stories, managing backlogs, and supporting Agile delivery processes • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Experience working with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile collaboration tools
