• Atuar na análise e acompanhamento de indicadores de performance do produto; • Desenvolver estudos e análises para suporte à tomada de decisão; • Apoiar a evolução contínua do produto de crédito consignado privado; • Realizar interface com áreas de negócios, tecnologia, operações, riscos e compliance; • Acompanhar temas regulatórios relacionados ao segmento financeiro; • Construir relatórios, dashboards e apresentações executivas; • Mapear oportunidades de melhoria de processos e resultados; • Apoiar análises de dados e geração de insights estratégicos.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiência em áreas de negócios, produtos financeiros ou crédito consignado; • Conhecimento em análise de dados e indicadores; • Conhecimento em SQL; • Conhecimento em Power BI; • Domínio do Pacote Office, principalmente Excel e PowerPoint; • Boa capacidade analítica e visão de negócio; • Perfil colaborativo e boa comunicação para atuação transversal.
