📋 Description

• Enhance and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform • Develop, administer, support, and refine the platform • Translate business needs into efficient, scalable, and well-governed solutions • Structure requests, prioritize activities, and maintain delivery quality • Anticipate issues, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions • Respond quickly to the client’s operational requests and needs • Track requests end to end and pursue effective solutions • Work closely with internal, multidisciplinary, and global teams • Work across development, administration, support, integrations, and solution refinement • Interact with stakeholders and global teams in English

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce development, administration, support, or solution enhancement • Knowledge of Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce • Experience with workflows, automation, and platform configuration • Knowledge of APIs and integrations between Salesforce and external systems • Experience supporting, refining, and enhancing Salesforce solutions • Experience working in agile environments and with multidisciplinary teams • English proficiency required, with the ability to work directly with global teams • Preferred: experience with Salesforce platform architecture and governance • Preferred: knowledge of data activation, segmentation, and personalization • Preferred: experience with Salesforce integration projects involving external systems • Preferred: Salesforce certifications • Preferred: experience working directly with global teams
