📋 Description
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective) using agile methodologies (with emphasis on Jira) • Orchestrate cross-functional teams (such as CRM, Data, Product, Credit) to maximize customer conversion and engagement • Proactively remove impediments that disrupt the development flow • Connect technical development to financial outcomes (ROI, LTV, CAC)
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Squad Lead • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and management tools (Jira) • Strong analytical profile (data-driven) • Experience working in complex, multidisciplinary environments • Experience with visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) (plus) • Experience in fintechs or with financial products (plus)
