📋 Description

• Ensure assigned projects are delivered to clients within agreed timescales, expected quality, and company profitability margins • Manage internal and external resources according to project instructions, client expectations, and QA procedures • Prepare and analyse translation files from clients • Monitor and triage client communications • Ensure comprehensive shift handover • Maintain accurate, updated, and complete project data in the company system • Prepare essential data for client invoicing and financial reports • Participate in regular internal meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Previous subtitling experience essential • Experience in localization and/or video games industry is preferred • Outstanding attention to detail • Must be motivated, accountable and a team player • Reliable and punctual • Excellent knowledge of PC and MS Office products is essential • Ability to cope under pressure and work with tight deadlines
