📋 Description

• Create high-quality environment art • Build, iterate, and optimises environments that support gameplay, narrative, and artistic direction. • Collaborate closely with art direction, level design, and tech art to build performant and visually impressive worlds • Good understanding of modular and kit based approaches to environment art • Troubleshoots issues related to performance, consistency, or technical constraints across platforms. • Contributes to visual benchmarks and helps establish best practices for environment art workflows. • Has a good understanding of textures and materials and how to optimally create and apply them across an environment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Environment Artist (5+ years) on a shipped AAA or high-quality game project. • Strong portfolio demonstrating environment art fundamentals and processes • Proficiency with modern game engines (Unreal, Unity or proprietary engines). • Lighting experience, has general understanding of lighting workflows (baking, performance impacts) • Experience with PBR workflows and optimization for real-time environments. • Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and iterate quickly based on feedback. • Experience profiling/debugging, or scripting for workflow automation. • You must be have the appropriate working rights to live and work in Malaysia, Indonesia.
