📋 Description

• Manage all payment transactions and record supplier invoices, bank transactions, cash accounts, and credit card statements using Candis, JTL, and DATEV • Import and process reports from PayPal, Amazon, Klarna, and PayOne, and integrate accounts receivable data via interfaces • Reconcile all accounts • Prepare monthly financial statements and perform preparatory work for the half-year and annual financial statements • Prepare analyses and provide regular reports to management • Submit VAT returns • Digitize accounting processes • Establish and monitor processes related to Amazon FBA • Analyze and review Amazon data in Taxdoo • Work closely with E-Commerce Management, Human Resources, and Procurement • Take responsibility for the complete accounting function across the Berlin, Bückeburg, and Porta Westfalica locations

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in finance, accounting, taxation, or a comparable field • Several years of professional experience in finance or accounting, ideally in an international environment • Knowledge of tax law, particularly VAT (national and international) • Experience preparing financial statements and working in controlling • Excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers • Confident use of business intelligence tools • Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure • Independent, structured, and meticulous working style • Experience monitoring transactions on the Amazon Marketplace is desirable • Very good knowledge of DATEV and Microsoft Office
