📋 Description

• Responsibility for the entire accounting function at the Berlin, Bückeburg, and Porta Westfalica locations • Managing all payment transactions, as well as posting incoming invoices, bank transactions, cash transactions, and credit card statements using Candis, JTL, and DATEV • Importing and processing reports from PayPal, Amazon, Klarna, and PayOne • Integrating accounts receivable data via interfaces • Reconciling all accounts • Preparing monthly financial statements and performing preparatory activities for semi-annual and annual financial statements • Preparing analyses and providing regular reports to management • Submitting VAT returns • Digitizing accounting processes • Establishing and monitoring processes related to Amazon FBA • Analyzing and reviewing Amazon data in Taxdoo • Working closely with E-Commerce Management, Human Resources, and Procurement

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in finance, accounting, taxation, or a comparable field • Several years of professional experience in finance or accounting, ideally in an international environment • Knowledge of tax law, particularly VAT (national and international) • Experience preparing financial statements and working in controlling • Excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers • Confident use of business intelligence tools • Team player with strong communication skills and resilience • Independent, structured, and meticulous way of working • Experience monitoring transactions in the Amazon Marketplace is desirable • Very good knowledge of DATEV and MS Office
