📋 Description

• Validate RF-based communication, including long-range low-power alarm signaling and high-throughput image and audio transmission • Execute RF performance and robustness tests • Test addressable and hybrid installations, including device addressing, enrollment, and topology handling • Test protocol behaviors, including protocol coexistence and prioritization • Support development of automation-based test solutions and validation setups • Support compliance readiness for EN 50131 through structured test evidence • Create and maintain test plans, test reports, and defect documentation • Collaborate daily with R&D engineers, product management, and compliance teams

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or related technical field • Strong experience in Quality Assurance domain • Experience in wireless systems validation, bus-based systems or hardware-related products testing focused on communication • Experience with performance-oriented testing, including latency, range, and throughput • Practical knowledge of Sub-GHz radio systems, RF protocols, or IoT communication • Knowledge of QA processes, methods and tools and ability to use them in practice • Analytical, data-driven approach to testing and reporting • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including usage of debugging logs, traces, and serial output • Good command of English language in writing and speech • Test automation skills using Python • ISTQB certificate • Experience in Atlassian toolchain usage • Experience with EN 50131 or similar standards • Experience in intrusion, detection or access domain • Willingness to relocate to Gdańsk, Poland
