📋 Description

• Diagnoses and resolves issues with audiovisual installations • Provides user support and trains users on best practices • Contributes to the continuous improvement of audiovisual services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Computer Science • Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT Support role • Minimum 1 year of experience in audiovisual support • Proficient with Windows, macOS, Linux operating systems • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory • Proficient with video conferencing software (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet) • Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, firewall) • French (C2) and English (B2)
