📋 Description

• Analyze requests from clients and internal technical teams • Define the technical and functional scope of projects • Support technical teams in implementing solutions • Provide expertise to support operations and collaboration with technical teams and the Sales Administration (ADV) team • Contribute to technical and financial proposals, responses to calls for tender, and specifications • Prepare quotes and renewals for licenses and solutions • Conduct the technical studies required to develop proposals • Consult with suppliers and partners • Build technically consistent and economically viable proposals • Participate in drafting commercial proposals • Verify consistency between the client’s requirements, the solution, costs, and service commitments • Identify and report margin or delivery risks • Monitor market technology solutions and trends • Collaborate with sales representatives, Sales Administration (ADV), technical teams, project managers, procurement, and technology partners

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree (engineering school, Master’s degree in computer science, or business school with a strong interest in technology) • Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in a technical role (systems engineer, consultant, or architect) or in pre-sales • Strong overall IT knowledge: infrastructure and systems, networking and security, cloud and managed services, backup and disaster recovery/business continuity, workstations and mobility, Microsoft 365/collaboration environments, hosting, and IT services • Ability to write clear, structured, and well-supported documents • Proficiency in technical English is a plus • Strong interpersonal and listening skills • Persuasive and able to explain technical concepts clearly • Intellectual curiosity, responsiveness, and team spirit • Ability to work transversally across multiple projects simultaneously • Comfortable working with ERP systems; Odoo experience is a plus • Maintain trusted relationships with technology partners and obtain the required certifications
