📋 Description

• You conduct outbound sales calls with pre-qualified leads, so this is not classic cold calling • You enthusiastically introduce potential members to our training concept and our club over the phone • You identify needs and present our membership options appropriately and convincingly • You qualify leads, answer questions, and schedule appointments or direct sign-ups • You accurately document your calls in the system • You work closely with Sales, Front Desk, and Club Management

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent German language skills • Enjoyment of selling • Confident phone presence • Home office setup with stable internet • Ability to work independently
