📋 Description

• Provide support for billing processes (AMS), analyzing and resolving incidents and tickets; • Elicit, map and detail new business requirements (Application Development – AD); • Configure and implement improvements to SAP IS‑U billing processes; • Ensure correct integration of the Meter-to-Cash process, involving the following modules: • - SAP IS‑U Billing (CCS); • - SAP FI‑CA; • - SAP Device Management (DM); • Prepare functional specifications for ABAP development; • Execute unit and integration tests and support user acceptance testing with business areas; • Act as an interface between business users and the technical team, ensuring requirements are implemented correctly; • Experience with master data management, including: • - Contract; • - Contract account; • - Installation; • Experience in support (AMS) projects, continuous improvement and implementations; • Experience preparing functional specifications and working closely with ABAP teams; • Analytical profile with strong communication skills and ease of interaction with business areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a SAP IS‑U CCS (Billing) Functional Analyst. • Advanced knowledge of: • - Billing Schemas; • - Rate and price determination; • - Mass billing; • - Billing simulations. • Differentials: • - Experience in the Utilities sector (Energy, Gas or Water & Sewage); • - Experience in SAP IS‑U implementation, rollout or digital transformation projects.
