📋 Description

• Act as an HR partner for managers at all levels and help them make people decisions aligned with team business goals • Drive the full Performance & Talent Review cycle based on 12 Boxes • Integrate Performance Review results into promotion, compensation, IDP, and PIP decisions • Conduct calibration sessions and ensure evaluation consistency across units • Create team Talent Maps and identify Hi-Po employees, attrition risks, succession gaps, and development needs • Develop managerial maturity through coaching, complex-case work, and improving feedback quality • Help managers with headcount planning, budgets, cost efficiency, and ROI-based HC requests • Track key team-health metrics, provide recommendations, and escalate systemic risks • Implement AI solutions for feedback analysis, anomaly and risk detection, and Talent-process automation

🎯 Requirements

• From 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist in a product or technology business • Practical experience partnering with managers at different levels, from frontline to C-level • Experience conducting the full Performance Review cycle • Knowledge and practical experience with Performance-Potential matrices, including 9-box or 12-box • Experience participating in headcount planning, HR budgeting, and business-metric-based decision-making • Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into concrete business recommendations • Manager coaching, calibration-session facilitation, and difficult-conversation skills • Understanding of P&L, cost efficiency, Revenue per FTE, and the connection between people decisions and business results • Independence and readiness to take full ownership of the area • Experience implementing AI tools or automation in Performance and Talent processes preferred • Practical experience creating Talent Maps, HR dashboards, or early-risk detection systems preferred • Experience working with teams or functions totaling 120 or more employees preferred
