📋 Description

• Conduct telemedicine consultations within the scope of primary care, focusing on acute conditions, for patients of all ages living in Portugal or Portuguese citizens abroad • Ensure the quality of clinical records, including consultation notes, diagnoses, and telemedicine-specific forms • Ensure that all clinical procedures related to telemedicine are carried out appropriately, including the electronic prescription of medication, diagnostic tests, and medical certificates • Promote healthy lifestyles and health literacy within the community • Contribute to the advancement of healthcare and the development of new care delivery models

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified specialists in General Practice and Family Medicine (mandatory requirement) • Active registration with the Portuguese Medical Association • Clinical experience treating patients with acute and chronic conditions • Comfortable using digital platforms • Previous experience in telemedicine and digital health projects (preferred, but not mandatory)
