📋 Description

• Lead initiatives related to technology infrastructure and IT governance in international environments • Develop and maintain technology risk, security, and control policies • Design and implement IT controls to ensure the protection of data, systems, and technology assets • Define, document, and optimize governance and infrastructure processes • Coordinate regulatory compliance activities and internal control management • Prepare documentation and provide support during internal and external audits • Manage technology risks and monitor mitigation plans • Oversee metrics, action plans, and activities related to compliance with corporate standards • Ensure the financial management of initiatives and services under your responsibility • Coordinate international stakeholders across business, technology, audit, risk, and security functions • Ensure the accurate documentation of processes, controls, and operating procedures • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure, security, and digital governance

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management roles • Experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Governance, Digital Governance, or Technology Risk • Experience working in international corporate environments • Experience coordinating internal and external audits • Experience documenting processes and defining procedures • Experience in financial management and budget tracking • Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, risk management, and technology controls • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams distributed internationally • Advanced proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
