📋 Description
• Diseñar y evolucionar arquitecturas de software escalables y mantenibles • Desarrollar soluciones fullstack con Java, Spring Boot y React • Participar en la construcción de productos digitales desde cero • Colaborar con negocio y producto para transformar ideas en soluciones reales • Tomar decisiones técnicas considerando rendimiento, calidad y escalabilidad • Impulsar buenas prácticas de desarrollo, testing, CI/CD y observabilidad • Utilizar herramientas de IA para acelerar el desarrollo y mejorar la productividad • Actuar como referente técnico dentro del equipo
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia sólida en Java, Spring Boot y React • Conocimientos de arquitectura, diseño de APIs y patrones de desarrollo • Experiencia en entornos cloud, Docker, Git y CI/CD • Visión de producto y capacidad para entender las necesidades de negocio • Perfil autónomo, con iniciativa y pasión por la tecnología
