📋 Description

• Lead customer discovery workshops to understand business goals, warehouse operations, challenges, and technology landscapes • Design tailored solution concepts and business cases aligned with customer objectives and KPIs • Build and deliver demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and value-driven presentations for prospective customers • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Services teams on solution strategies and implementation handovers • Engage stakeholders from warehouse operations teams to C-level executives, communicating business value, ROI, and risk mitigation strategies • Support RFP/RFI responses • Contribute market insights • Mentor colleagues by sharing best practices, demo assets, and industry expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in solution consulting, presales, or supply chain software, with a strong focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) • Deep understanding of warehouse and supply chain execution processes across retail, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics services • Ability to translate business requirements into practical, value-driven technology solutions • Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, including confidence engaging operational users through executive leadership • Technical understanding of system integrations, automation technologies, and data-driven workflows within modern warehouse environments • Understanding of Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and material flows within automated systems
