📋 Description

• Partner with clients and internal teams to maximize value from clients' Workday investments • Provide Workday post-production support across Workday Adaptive Insights modules • Understand client businesses and requirements, and configure, design, and deliver tailored solutions • Design, configure, test, and implement client requirements in Workday Adaptive modules • Conduct client working sessions to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements • Assess client needs and recommend alternative solutions to meet client goals • Assist with testing Workday Adaptive Insights configurations, provide knowledge transfer, and develop documentation • Apply company methodology and processes while adapting to changing client needs • Collaborate on team-based projects and suggest innovative approaches to Workday deployment • Manage conflicting demands across multiple concurrent clients without supervision • Communicate lessons learned, Workday best practices, and Kognitiv's point of view to clients • Complete deliverables within prescribed timelines; report status and escalate as needed • Research problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures • Contribute to the organization's knowledge management repository and Workday knowledge-sharing sessions • Provide guidance and coaching to team members in areas of expertise • Meet role KPIs, including utilization, service-level agreements, and customer satisfaction scores • Demonstrate Kognitiv's core value, "act like an owner"

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday • Experience configuring Workday Adaptive Insights areas: Reporting & OfficeConnect, Sheet Modeling/Structure Modeling, Security, Integrations (Adaptive), or Integrations - Power of One • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment • Consulting skills, including presenting to business partners, creating documentation and technical guides, participating in workshops, and explaining functionality or solutions to guide stakeholders • Experience implementing complex, practical business solutions under competing deadlines and priorities • Demonstrated commitment to delivery excellence and client satisfaction; strong client focus and relationship-building ability • Ability to prioritize and organize work with little supervision and manage timelines, deadlines, and goals • Initiative and curiosity to build skills within and outside Workday • Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and deliverables • Ability to work within remote teams, alongside clients, and independently • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Ability to meet travel requirements (<5% a year) • Work authorization in India that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
