📋 Description

• Handle inbound sales, cross-selling, and customer retention interactions in the telecommunications sector • Present the benefits of telecommunications products • Provide sales, technical support, billing, retention, and cross-selling assistance • Identify opportunities to increase customer value • Resolve customer inquiries during the first contact • Deliver exceptional service with care and a strong focus on the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Excellent written communication skills, with clarity, strong grammar, and empathy • Ability to turn problems into efficient and satisfactory solutions • Comfortable using computers and digital tools • Fast and accurate typing skills • Availability to work a 6-on, 1-off schedule, with alternating days off on Saturdays and Sundays • Availability to work 6 hours and 20 minutes per day
