📋 Description

• Provide customer service focused on retaining subscribers who intend to cancel • Support customers through various channels, including phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat • Handle customer service, customer retention, new customer prospecting, and subscription sales

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; an undergraduate degree in progress is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Previous experience in customer service, sales, and/or customer retention is preferred • Comfortable using digital tools • Ability to work with various customer service systems • Demonstrated agility and commitment to delivering results • Problem-solving mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service • Reside in Porto Alegre and/or the metropolitan area • This position is also open to candidates with disabilities
