• Understand and own the vision of Konnectbox • Create and execute the Product Road Map within time limit and budget • Create a Tech Road Map • Team / Role Identification for new members joining • Create and follow the Tech Budget • Prepare a Tech Team Organizational Requirement • Build the technical team • Tech and design Team Process setup • Tech and design Team success measurement • Tech and design Team Delivery • Tech and design Team continuity / de risking • HLD Arch and Design • LLD Arch / Design review of System • Code Review • Follow the best practices to ensure smooth and continuous product development operations. • Ensure that final products meet customer requirements. • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates KonnectBox and its features across primary market segments
• Ideally from IITs/IIMs & other prestigious colleges with projects demonstrating proper understanding of product development and management. • 4-6 years of experience • Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role • Passionate for new technologies. • A deeper understanding of programming languages, web development frameworks and related skills • Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle • Highly effective cross-functional team management • Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies • Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
