📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with trading products • Answer trading, futures, consumer, Kraken Desktop, and crypto deposits/withdrawals questions through text and live support channels, including Zendesk, email, and possibly Telegram • Diagnose and resolve clients' trading, futures, Kraken Desktop, and crypto deposits/withdrawals issues • Provide testing and feedback for new trading features before release • Assist with management of the Consumer/Trading/Futures/Kraken Desktop support team • Perform quality assurance for other specialists • Improve training materials and update Confluence articles • Provide calculation breakdowns for fees, margin levels, and profit/loss explanations • Potentially monitor trading activity for fraudulent actions or trade-out attacks • Collaborate with product, compliance, engineering, and other support teams to resolve technical issues • Support clients throughout their trading journey, from beginners to professional traders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in customer service roles, including retail, hospitality, or a customer service center • Experience with trading platforms within digital assets or other assets, including advanced trading platforms • Knowledge of trading and charting • Understanding of leveraged trading, preferably both Futures and Margin • Good math skills • Fast learner able to adapt to changing products • Fluent in English • Availability to work evenings and weekends • Willingness to work North America/EU hours • Deep knowledge of the crypto space is nice to have • Experience with Google Sheets and Google Script is nice to have • Experience with the platform's API or similar platforms is nice to have • French, German, and/or Spanish in addition to English is nice to have • Other data analytics skills or experience are nice to have
