📋 Description

• Manage a technology domain such as billing, finance, or communications for client projects • Support European clients through technology transformation journeys and long-term migration projects • Manage relationships with client product owners and business owners • Serve as first point of contact for technology development and escalation/resolution of domain or product issues • Maintain knowledge of how the Kraken platform works and is delivered • Triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally • Summarise and articulate client needs, considerations, and timelines for ongoing platform development • Support engineering teams in delivering product features • Challenge clients to adopt Kraken’s continuous iteration and deployment approach • Bring technology, people, and processes together to improve client outcomes • Act as a link between clients, product managers, and developers • Travel as part of the role

🎯 Requirements

• Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience • Agile delivery experience • Experience of product management and customer journeys • Solid understanding of technology and associated trends • Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills • Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking • Experience working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients • Patience and initiative • Time management and a get-stuff-done attitude • Fluent English and Spanish; other European languages relevant • Consulting experience is a plus • Previous electricity/utilities market and payments experience in Spain or another European country is a strong nice-to-have • Must have the right to work in the country of application at the time of application • English fluency at C1 level
