📋 Description

• Develop, maintain and continuously update the integrated project plan • Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies and critical activities • Consolidate progress updates from participating teams and workstreams • Identify schedule deviations, delivery risks and potential delays and escalate them to project leadership • Maintain project trackers and provide transparent visibility of overall delivery progress • Organise and facilitate project meetings, governance meetings and workshops • Prepare meeting agendas with project leadership • Document discussions, decisions, risks, issues and action items • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and maintain action and open-item registers • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure actions are completed on time • Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports and management presentations • Support Steering Committee meetings and executive reporting • Develop executive summaries, KPI dashboards and decision-support materials • Consolidate project metrics and status updates across workstreams • Maintain reporting on project progress, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies • Maintain and update the project Risk Register and Issue Log • Coordinate mitigation activities with internal SPOCs • Track actions through resolution and report overdue or critical items • Coordinate communication and information flow between SAP, Windchill, Middleware, Business and Service teams • Organise cross-functional workshops, alignment sessions and project meetings • Maintain an overview of interface dependencies, stakeholder responsibilities and outstanding topics • Ensure consistent communication and timely escalation of project updates

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, project management or programme management within complex international IT environments • Proven experience in cross-functional stakeholder coordination and project governance • Experience supporting governance boards, Steering Committees and executive-level reporting • Strong project planning, progress tracking, meeting facilitation and reporting skills • Experience in risk, issue, dependency and action management • Excellent written and spoken English • Working proficiency in German • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and project planning tools • Strong organisational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills • Preferred: Experience supporting IT programmes, transformation initiatives or global modernisation projects • Preferred: Familiarity with SAP and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems • Preferred: Experience with PTC Windchill and SAP/Windchill interface or integration projects • Preferred: Understanding of enterprise integration, middleware and interface dependencies • Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, industrial or engineering environments • Preferred: Strong background in project governance and management reporting
