📋 Description

• Research, identification and qualification of potential customers and target accounts • Proactive outreach to leads via phone, email and digital channels • Scheduling and conducting initial conversations with prospective customers • Building and maintaining a structured, well-documented sales pipeline • Recording all activities in the CRM • Handing over qualified leads to the sales team and working closely with Account Executives • Continuous development of your sales skills through training, coaching and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• German at native or equivalent level • Good English skills for internal collaboration • High motivation, perseverance and enjoyment in working with people • Interest in technology and willingness to quickly get up to speed on new topics • Strong communication skills – written and verbal • Structured working style, initiative and reliability • Must be based in Germany • Prior experience in IT sales or Kubernetes is not required.
