📋 Description
• Own outcomes for Vertical Platform domains, translating company strategy into clear goals. • Drive prioritization and resource allocation aligned with growth. • Champion a user-first approach, ensuring high-quality experiences. • Build a strong data-informed culture, leveraging analytics. • Build and develop high-performing PM teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 8–10+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership of teams and managers. • Proven experience owning and scaling consumer-facing or user-centric platform products. • Strong background working with UI/UX Design teams. • Experience in growth-oriented product environments. • Experience managing Managers of PMs and senior-level ICs. • Sufficient technical fluency to partner effectively with Engineering. • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
