📋 Description

• Achieve annual sales targets for respective KWS crops • Maintain ongoing communication with the supervisor and review sales targets • Advise and support KWS customers • Find and acquire new customers • Handle and resolve customer complaints • Populate, expand, and update the customer database in Salesforce CRM • Conduct marketing and product activities, including product variety trials, field days, events, seminars, product training, and online marketing content • Exchange information with the direct supervisor about market situations, changes, competition, and regional events • Support the direct supervisor in business and relations with important customers and potential cooperation partners • Attend professional events • Collaborate with Regional Sales Representatives and Marketing, Product, and Logistics colleagues • Prepare analyses on business results within agreed deadlines

• Target oriented, and strong commitment to achieve budgets • Negotiating prowess, drive buying decisions, high level of customer focus • Ability to work independently • Adaptability, quick understanding, open and communicative character • Cooperative, ability to deal with conflicts • Innovative and creative mind-set • Intermediate MS Office knowledge • CRM database knowledge • Knowledge of the seeds sector, and partially Fertilizers and Crop Protection Products Sectors • Knowledge of agriculture market & distribution • Good time management and organizational skills • Able to prioritize tasks and to work under pressure • Full-time permanent availability • Willingness to work in the region of Hradec Králové, Jičín, Náchod, and Trutnov
