📋 Description

• Create high-quality graphic assets for digital products, including landing pages, web experiences, product interfaces, onboarding and promotional surfaces, banners, illustrations, and other visual content. • Develop visual concepts that support product communication and explain features, services, and value propositions. • Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, content teams, developers, and other stakeholders. • Conduct visual research and develop references, mood boards, visual concepts, and storyboards. • Own graphic design tasks from initial concept and exploration through final production and delivery. • Create and maintain reusable graphic assets, templates, visual libraries, and scalable approaches. • Adapt visual materials across digital formats, screen sizes, and communication channels while maintaining brand consistency. • Use AI-powered tools for visual exploration, concept generation, image creation and editing, variations, and repetitive design tasks. • Explore visual approaches, design trends, illustration styles, motion techniques, and emerging creative technologies. • Support marketing, brand, partnership, and communication initiatives with graphic and promotional materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic, visual, brand, or digital design, preferably working with digital products, web experiences, or technology companies. • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design work across digital formats, such as landing pages, web graphics, illustrations, campaign visuals, product communications, or other digital assets. • Strong understanding of composition, typography, color, visual hierarchy, layout, imagery, and contemporary digital design principles. • Ability to translate product ideas, business requirements, and communication goals into clear and compelling visual concepts. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with the ability to efficiently prepare production-ready visual assets for digital environments. • Confident use of modern AI-powered creative tools and practices for ideation, image generation and editing, visual exploration, and production workflows, combined with the ability to critically evaluate and refine AI-generated results. • Experience creating reusable templates, visual libraries, and graphic systems within established brand guidelines. • Ability to work effectively with product designers, product managers, developers, content specialists, brand teams, and marketers in a collaborative environment. • Strong written and spoken Ukrainian. • Intermediate English or higher.
