📋 Description

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud with focus on Oracle Learning • Upload and validate SCORM packages • Design and develop reports using OTBI BI Publisher • Perform data activities using HCM Data Loader (HDL / HSDL) • Analyze integration requirements and translate business needs • Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • Prepare integration design documents and operational runbooks

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Learning preferred) • Hands-on experience in Learning configuration (catalogue, enrolment, workflows) • Reporting using OTBI / BI Publisher • Data management using HDL • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • Strong knowledge of REST / SOAP APIs • JSON / XML data structures • Experience with OIC adapters (HCM, REST, SOAP) • Data mapping (XSLT/XPath) • Error handling and monitoring
