📋 Description

• Operate right where hardware meets software on the Platform team • Build the foundation for networking ASICs and supporting infrastructure • Write critical code for ultra-low-latency, high-performance networking • Implement latency analysis and event tracking at a massive scale • Develop software agents for networking ASICs, FPGAs, and PCIe bridges • Optimize lasers, error correction, and QoS for global networks • Evaluate new CPUs and integrate their stacks into the operating system • Qualification and bring-up of supporting hardware components into products

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering and Computer Science fundamentals • 5+ years fluency in C or C++ • Python experience an added bonus • Solid understanding of Linux OS internals, kernel architecture, and device driver model • Proven experience interacting with low-level hardware interfaces and communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART, PCIe, GPIO, IPMI, etc)
