📋 Description

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud with focus on Oracle Learning Set up: Catalogues, offerings, content types • Upload and validate SCORM packages • Manage catalogue structure and content taxonomy • Design and develop reports using: OTBI BI Publisher (~20–30 reports) • Perform data migration using: HDL / HSDL • Define testing strategy across: Learning Development Plan • Coordinate testers and business stakeholders (UAT) • Manage defect lifecycle: Logging, tracking, prioritisation, and retesting • Provide test progress reporting and defect status • Support test sign-off and go-live readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Learning preferred) • Hands-on experience in: Learning configuration (catalogue, enrolment, workflows) • Reporting using OTBI / BI Publisher • Data migration using HDL • Strong understanding of: Employee / non-worker lifecycle • Learning processes and business flows • Testing & Test Management (Mandatory) • Experience in: Test strategy definition • Test case preparation and execution • SIT / UAT coordination • Ability to: Manage defect lifecycle • Perform regression testing • Validate end-to-end business processes • Basic knowledge of: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • REST / SOAP APIs • JSON / XML data structures
