📋 Description

• Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks • Identifying and resolving network issues • Making configuration changes and implementing security policies • Planning and executing routine network changes • Maintaining excellent communication with end customers, project managers, and service engineers • Providing user support for network-related issues

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years + of IT, network support, service desk, or network operations experience • Solid understanding of networking including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, EIGRP, BGP, HSRP, NAT, ACL, switching protocols, F5 LTM load balancing, Riverbed WAN optimization • Strong hands-on experience with troubleshooting commands and network monitoring tools • Hands-on experience troubleshooting network incidents • Ability to follow documented procedures while also applying analytical thinking • Strong communication skills
