📋 Description

• Execute processes for creating, modifying, and revoking access to corporate systems in accordance with requests and internal policies • Support identity lifecycle management throughout user onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes • Provision and maintain access, helping ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements • Support periodic access reviews (recertifications), ensuring the appropriate assignment of roles and permissions • Log, track, and resolve access management requests using ITSM tools • Collaborate with Technology, Information Security, and Compliance teams to ensure appropriate access controls • Document processes, controls, and evidence, supporting internal and external audits and strengthening Identity and Access Management (IAM) governance

🎯 Requirements

• Exclusively for persons with disabilities • High school diploma • Basic knowledge of compliance and controls related to SOX, LGPD, and ISO 27001 • Understanding of Information Security and Data Privacy concepts and best practices • Experience with or familiarity with IAM solutions such as SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar tools • Experience with ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow • Basic knowledge of access governance, segregation of duties, and identity controls • Intermediate Spanish is a plus
