📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of clinical studies and identify study risks when new studies start • Develop mitigation plans for identified study risks • Identify issues in study data and suggest internal or external corrective and preventive actions • Create customized, study-specific monitoring packages based on study needs and client requests • Determine which laboratory samples are at risk of not being resulted on time • Select appropriate monitoring offerings and write clear monitoring instructions for handoff • Monitor and report clinical study laboratory metrics • Extract data from multiple sources, analyze it, and present actionable findings to internal and external stakeholders • Perform risk assessments on low-complexity studies with the Global Study Manager and Study Design Lead • Use analytics and visualizations to identify study issues and proactively address risks • Liaise with Developers to ensure monitoring tools meet client specifications • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders • Support creation and maintenance of Risk Management Plans • Participate in continuous process improvements, functional meetings, and process updates • Support quality, productivity, and compliance with internal strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree or PhD in a scientific field • 10 years of related experience in project management or data analysis for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry; education can substitute for work experience • Advanced level knowledge of Excel • Previous client-facing experience • Strong working proficiency in English • Ability to extract information from multiple data sources and convert raw data into actionable insights • Ability to perform risk assessments and propose monitoring solutions • Ability to use analytics and visualizations to review study laboratory data • Ability to communicate effectively and influence others • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and dynamic timelines • Ability to operate with minimal guidance and own deliverables end-to-end
