📋 Description

• Own learning and development projects from end to end • Partner with stakeholders to understand their actual learning needs • Design learning experiences based on how people learn • Pilot learning solutions and continuously refine them using feedback and results • Maintain and support the Thrive learning management system • Support users and manage learning content • Monitor learning data and report on performance and improvement areas • Use AI to design, develop and deliver learning more efficiently while maintaining quality • Facilitate learning sessions, including the Laminar Way series • Contribute to a wide range of L&D initiatives • Report directly to the L&D Lead • Build capability and support the growth of Lamineers

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years' experience in L&D, training design, facilitation, coaching, people development or consultancy • Understanding of effective learning, from uncovering the real need to designing experiences applicable to work • Curiosity about learning technology • Excitement about using AI to design and deliver learning effectively, with judgement to know when it adds value • Experience taking ownership of projects and improving processes • Ability to build relationships, ask thoughtful questions and identify the real need behind requests • Clear communication, active listening and ability to adapt to the audience • Ability to take initiative, navigate ambiguity, make decisions within remit and know when to escalate • Genuine interest in growth • Degree in Behavioural Science, Organisational Psychology, Educational Psychology, L&D or a related field is a bonus, not a requirement
