📋 Description

• Work closely with companies building frontier LLM applications and bring ideas to production-ready applications • Collaborate on LLM applications including concierge search, code generation, and agentic copilots • Deliver technical demonstrations of LangChain's product suite • Lead trainings and workshops on best practices for developer audiences • Collaborate with the enterprise sales team to win deals • Collaborate with engineering to translate customer insights and feedback into product improvements • Lead internal and external special projects that dogfood new products • Travel to customer sites to support deployment, onboarding, and ongoing technical engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering background • Experience as a deployed engineer or solution architect at a developer-focused company • Experience working directly with customers • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar technical role, such as software engineering or customer engineering • Strong Python, JavaScript, and systems fundamentals • Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered applications • Ability to present technical best practices to larger teams • Ability to work in a fast-moving, unstructured startup environment • Ownership mindset • Willingness to travel 40% to customer sites • Experience deploying AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks (not required) • Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails (not required) • Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts (not required) • Experience shipping and operating production software (not required)
