• Lead the initial onboarding phase for clients at Lastro • Ensure configuration and activation of Lais • Provide customer support and resolve inquiries • Conduct technical and strategic meetings • Train users and troubleshoot issues
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in onboarding operations • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organized and proactive profile • Good interpersonal skills with colleagues and clients • Technical knowledge of CRMs, APIs and system implementations (plus) • Experience in the real estate market is desirable (plus)
