📋 Description

• Cast vision to national believers for the Great Commission, multiplication, and church planting movements • Model evangelism and disciple-making with national believers • Mobilize, train, and coach national believers in CPM/UPG mindsets, methodologies, and tools • Learn CPM tools and best practices and consult CPM practitioners to inform team strategy • Form national believers into disciple-making teams • Coach national leaders to lead disciple-making teams effectively • Attend and contribute to regular team meetings • Share ideas, convictions, and encouragement with the team • Contribute to or lead assigned projects within the overall team strategy • Maintain personal physical, mental, and emotional health • Develop and maintain a network of ministry partners • Manage personal visa responsibilities • Learn the local language and culture • Prioritize regular rhythms of rest • Create an annual Personal Development Plan with supervisor assistance • Attend Launch Global conferences and retreats • Maintain regular communication and reporting with supervisor • Receive coaching and input from supervisor • Complete required training and administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must understand, affirm, and adhere to Launch Global’s Statement of Faith • Must agree to uphold Launch Global’s Vision and Mission • Must demonstrate Launch Global, character, and biblical values in the Launch Global Staff Handbook • Must participate in child safety training upon hire and similar employment-related requirements • Must raise and maintain personal support • Must learn the local language to the fluency level required to understand local culture and worldview • Track record of achieving results through prayer, humility, and bold faith • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including prioritization • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Solid judgment and decision-making skills • Ability to foster team development and healthy team culture • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Ability to assess and implement improvements • Ability to think critically and resourcefully • Willingness to receive coaching and make changes based on feedback
