• Shepherd a cross-cultural team mobilizing the local church and individual believers to catalyze church planting movements among unreached people groups • Cultivate a Christ-centered team culture and facilitate spiritual development • Drive strategic vision and develop teammates holistically • Develop relationships with national leaders and lead strategic conversations for CPM engagement • Facilitate development of mobilization curriculum and tools • Mobilize, train, and coach national believers in CPM/UPG mindsets, methodologies, and tools • Learn CPM tools and best practices and consult CPM practitioners to inform team strategy • Coordinate regional strategy with the International Area Leader/Regional Director and other Team Leaders • Build relationships with teams, organizations, and networks to mobilize national churches • Facilitate regular team meetings and develop, implement, and evaluate team vision, strategy, and goals • Oversee team visa responsibilities and major team events and organizational topics • Facilitate recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new team members • Oversee teammates’ language-culture learning and ministry activities • Conduct monthly DOPE debriefs and annual teammate evaluations • Manage disciplinary actions, delegate projects, and allocate resources • Develop a team Crisis Plan and designate an acting Team Leader or emergency point person • Oversee teammates’ annual Personal Development Plans • Provide character, leadership, spiritual-life, ministry-skills, and spiritual-gifts development • Provide accountability, ministry coaching, and strategy coaching • Shepherd teammates holistically and foster unity, trust, love, conflict resolution, and peacemaking • Coordinate and collaborate with other Launch Global Team Leaders in Thailand • Maintain regular communication and reporting with the supervisor and complete required training and administration
• At least 4 years of experience demonstrating leadership • Completed 1 year on staff with Launch Global in the US, or equivalent • Completed a leader development process with their local church • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Maintain personal support • Participated in a 9-month training group with Launch Global in the US • Understand, affirm, and adhere to Launch Global’s Statement of Faith • Agree to uphold Launch Global’s Vision and Mission • Demonstrate Christ-like obedience in accordance with biblical values • Demonstrate Launch Global, character, and biblical values as stated in the Launch Global Staff Handbook • Uphold a close and growing relationship with Jesus Christ • Participate in child safety training upon hire and other similar employment-related requirements • Learn the local language to the fluency level required to understand local culture and worldview • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and deadlines, exercise sound judgment, and implement improvements • Ability to foster team development and healthy team culture • Ability to identify and develop spiritual gifts of team members and national believers • Healthy marriage or content in singleness • Reputation and character of a leader consistent with 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1
