📋 Description

• Handle customer requests and identify root causes • Provide users with feedback and fix issues quickly • Perform basic checks on media registry and document contents • Manage coverage additions • Propose new sources to add • Create and enrich media and sections • Collaborate with the DataOps Quality Team, DMR Account Managers Team, and DMR Tech Team • Provide feedback and support requests across DataOps and the wider Launchmetrics organization • Propose technical or process initiatives to improve customer support activities • Provide meaningful insights to team members to support proactive coverage maintenance
