📋 Description

• Deliver insights and reports that support product prioritization, assessments, and business recommendations • Work closely with product managers, researchers, and business stakeholders • Nurture a data-driven culture through interactive reports, easy-to-use datasets, documentation, and training • Conduct analyses ranging from A/B tests to multivariate models on retention or ETA • Create and maintain organized, trustworthy, and actionable reporting systems • Develop clean, documented datasets in the data warehouse using dbt • Establish trusted, documented, and current business metrics • Enable stakeholders to self-serve answers through reports and datasets • Produce analysis that changes business decisions • Act as a trusted thought partner and raise analytical standards across the company

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced SQL • Intermediate Python or R • dbt for data transformation and modeling • Experience with marketplace, product, supply-side, or business analytics (implied by role scope and responsibilities) • Ability to conduct A/B tests and multivariate modeling on retention or ETA • Ability to create and maintain trusted, current, documented dashboards and reports • Ability to build clean, documented datasets and models in a data warehouse • Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar • Autonomous lead-level individual-contributor work without people management • Strong understanding of business needs, product, customers, and financials • English resume required
