📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the company's day-to-day operations • Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and SOPs • Coordinate workflows between Sales, Processing, Underwriting, Marketing, and other departments • Monitor team performance, productivity, and operational KPIs • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve overall performance • Establish clear procedures, responsibilities, and accountability across departments • Manage and optimize internal systems, tools, and workflows • Work closely with company leadership on operational strategy and execution • Track key operational metrics and prepare regular reports for management • Identify bottlenecks and ensure issues are resolved quickly • Support department managers and team leads in achieving company goals • Help develop and implement new company initiatives and projects • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed consistently • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management when needed • Improve communication and collaboration between departments • Help create a scalable operational structure to support company growth • Take ownership of operational problems and drive them to resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership role • Strong experience working in the U.S. business environment • Proven experience managing teams and cross-functional workflows • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • Experience creating and implementing SOPs and operational processes • Comfortable working with CRMs, business software, and technology • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement • Mortgage industry experience strongly preferred • Understanding of mortgage operations, loan origination, processing, or brokerage workflows is a major plus • Experience in a mortgage brokerage, lender, financial services company, or real estate-related business • Knowledge of U.S. mortgage processes and terminology • Experience working with Sales, Processing, Underwriting, and Closing teams • Experience with CRM and workflow management systems • Experience implementing automation and AI-powered business tools • Experience managing remote and on-site teams • Experience in a fast-growing company or startup environment
