📋 Description

• Handle civil litigation involving credit operations and claims related to correspondent banking activities. • Develop procedural strategies and legal filings, subject to ongoing client review. • Analyze supporting information and documents to determine defense strategies. • Update case management systems with procedural developments. • Monitor proceedings and meet deadlines. • Participate in hearings when necessary. • Prepare management reports and support the identification of risks and opportunities for improvement. • Liaise with clients, designated representatives, and correspondent law firms.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, with an active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) license. • Solid experience in civil litigation. • Knowledge of Consumer Law. • Experience drafting legal filings, including answers, appeals, motions, and judgment enforcement submissions. • Experience managing a high-volume caseload. • Experience with fintechs, banks, payment institutions, or banking correspondents. • Knowledge of Central Bank regulations applicable to banking correspondents and credit operations. • Experience with legal case management platforms such as Projuris, Elaw, or similar systems. • Experience serving corporate clients. • Excellent legal writing skills. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent organization and deadline management skills. • Ability to make decisions quickly. • Proactive mindset and strong prioritization skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team and receive feedback. • Commitment to technical quality and meeting targets. • Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, time optimization, and productivity.
