📋 Description

• Map and record all civil procedural deadlines in the firm’s tracking systems • Assign deadlines to the responsible attorneys with the minimum advance notice established by internal policy • Generate weekly reports on overdue, upcoming, and pending deadlines • Proactively communicate deadline-miss risks to management • Keep the litigation calendar updated in real time • Work exclusively on managing and monitoring the firm’s procedural deadlines • Ensure that no deadline is missed and that all procedural activity is recorded and completed on time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law completed • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Experience monitoring procedural deadlines at law firms • Strong knowledge of deadline-calculation rules for ordinary civil proceedings, Small Claims Courts, and PROCON proceedings • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel, and legal systems such as PJe, Projudi, ESAJ, and E-SAJ • Experience with legal management software • Knowledge of Civil Procedural Law • Experience handling high-volume caseloads, with more than 2,000 active cases • Continuing education courses in Legal Controllership and Legal Operations • Proactive and communicative profile • Ability to prioritize tasks
